We are closed on Sundays. Messages sent then are answered first thing on Monday.

Problem with an order you received

Seafood is perishable, so tell us within 24 hours of delivery — see Cancellation & Returns for what we can do. To settle it quickly, have this ready:

• Your order number (it starts with FM and is on your confirmation email).
• A photograph of the item, ideally before it goes in the fridge.
• Which item is affected, if the order had several.
