Report Infringement

If you own a copyright, trademark or other right and believe something on FishMe.in infringes it, tell us and we will investigate. Genuine complaints are acted on quickly — usually by removing the material while we look into it.

What to include

Email support@fishme.in with “Infringement notice” in the subject line, and include all of the following. Incomplete notices slow things down, because we cannot act on a claim we cannot verify.

• Your full name, postal address, email and phone number.
• The right you are asserting — the specific work, trademark or registration number.
• Evidence you own it, or that you are authorised to act for the owner.
• The exact page address (URL) on FishMe.in where the material appears, and which part of that page.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

What happens next

We acknowledge notices within two working days and aim to resolve them within ten. If we remove something, we tell whoever supplied it and give them a chance to respond — so material may be restored if the claim turns out to be mistaken or is withdrawn.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address explaining why, with your contact details and evidence of your right to use it.
