Orders

Browse the shop, pick your fish or seafood, choose the cut you want, and add it to your cart. At checkout you select a delivery address and a time slot, then pay online or choose cash on delivery where available. You will get an order confirmation with a tracking link straight away.

Most areas have a small minimum order value, which is shown in your cart before you pay. Orders below the delivery-fee threshold carry a modest delivery charge; the exact amount is always displayed at checkout, so there are no surprises.

You can change or cancel an order free of charge until our team begins cutting and packing it. After that point the fish has already been prepared to your specification, so cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do whatever we still can.

Every order gets a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also open Track Order from the site menu, or view the live status under My Orders when you are signed in. Once a delivery partner picks up your order you will be able to follow it on its way to you.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Kochi and Trivandrum, including Ernakulam and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Enter your PIN code at checkout and we will confirm instantly whether your address is inside one of our delivery zones. We are adding new areas across Kerala regularly.

Deliveries run in scheduled slots through the day, starting early in the morning with the fresh catch. Choose the slot that suits you at checkout. Morning slots are the most popular, so they tend to fill first, especially at weekends.

Delivery is free above the order value shown in your cart. Below that, a small distance-based fee applies and is always displayed before you pay. First-time customers often qualify for a free-delivery offer, which is applied automatically when eligible.

Yes. Orders placed before the cutoff shown for your area are eligible for same-day delivery in the remaining slots. Anything after that is scheduled for the next available slot, so your fish is still delivered fresh rather than held overnight.

Products & freshness

We source directly from trusted boats and landing centres along the Kerala coast, every single day. Nothing sits in storage waiting for an order. What you see in the shop is what came in that morning, which is why availability changes through the day.

Yes, and at no extra cost. Choose from whole, gutted and scaled, steaks, fillets, or curry cut when you add an item to your cart. Prawns can be delivered shell-on, peeled, or peeled and deveined. Everything is prepared hygienically after you order, never in advance.

Orders are packed in insulated boxes with food-grade gel ice and sealed, leak-proof pouches. This cold chain holds from our outlet to your door, so the fish reaches you at the right temperature, clean on the outside and ready to go straight into your fridge.

Both are available and each product page says clearly which it is. Fresh items are same-day catch, chilled and never frozen. Frozen items are blast-frozen soon after landing to lock in quality, which suits varieties that are seasonal or caught further offshore.

Payments & returns

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available in selected areas. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Tell us on the day your order arrives and send a photo if you can. If the quality is not right, we will replace the item on your next delivery or refund it in full. Fresh seafood is judged on arrival, so reporting it quickly lets us put it right properly.

Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method and typically appear within five to seven working days, depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery orders we can refund by UPI or bank transfer instead, whichever you prefer.

Yes. A detailed invoice is emailed with every order and is always available to download from My Orders when you are signed in. If you need a GST invoice for a business or restaurant account, let us know and we will arrange it.
