Shipping Information

We deliver fresh seafood locally around Kochi, chilled from our outlet to your door. Because everything we sell is perishable, we do not ship nationally or internationally.

Where we deliver

We deliver from our outlets in Fort Kochi, Kakkanad and Alappuzha, covering Kochi and the surrounding areas. Trivandrum is opening soon.

Enter your address at checkout and we route the order from whichever outlet is nearest. If no outlet can reach you, we say so before you pay rather than after — you will never be charged for an order we cannot deliver.

What delivery costs

Charges are based on distance from the outlet serving you: free within 12 km, then ₹10 per kilometre beyond that. There is no minimum order value — a single fillet is delivered on the same terms as a full basket. The exact fee for your address appears in your cart before you pay.

If your basket contains items from more than one outlet, delivery is worked out separately for each and shown as a breakdown in your cart.

How your order is packed

Fish is cleaned and cut after you order, not before, then sealed and packed with ice so it stays chilled the whole way. Please refrigerate as soon as it arrives, and check the order while the rider is still there if you can.

If you are not at home

The rider will call the number on your order. Because seafood cannot be left at a door, an undelivered order comes back to the outlet and we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
