Delivery Information

Seafood is delivered fresh from the outlet nearest you, chilled the whole way. We deliver the same day wherever your address is in range — you will see the delivery slot before you pay.

Delivery is charged by distance from that outlet, not by the value of your order: it is free within 12 km, and ₹10 per kilometre beyond that. The exact fee for your address is always shown in your cart and at checkout before payment.

Tracking your order

Every order moves through the same stages, and you can see the current one under My Orders:

• Confirmed — we have your order and payment is settled or set to cash on delivery.
• Processing — your fish is being cleaned and cut to your selection.
• Packed — sealed, iced and weighed, ready to leave the outlet.
• Dispatched — on its way to you. After this point an order can no longer be changed.
• Delivered — handed over. Your 24-hour window to report a problem starts here.
